The terms of our Intelligence Partnership.
Operating at the intersection of high-fidelity analytics and Qatari market precision requires a clear understanding of mutual responsibility. These terms govern your engagement with our platform, ensuring data integrity and professional conduct across every dashboard we deploy.
Defining Professional Conduct
By accessing the metrics and proprietary insights hosted by Qatar Data Intelligence, you enter a binding agreement to utilize our tools for lawful, professional purposes within the State of Qatar. Our analytics engine is a high-precision instrument; any attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate data extraction without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials. We provide the infrastructure, but the security of the gateway rests on your operational discipline. Any breach of security originating from user negligence may result in immediate suspension of services to protect the broader ecosystem.
Intellectual Integrity
All dashboard visualizations, proprietary algorithms, and unique data sets remain the exclusive property of Qatar Data Intelligence. Unauthorized redistribution is a violation of Qatari copyright law.
Input Accuracy
When utilizing our customized toolsets, users must provide accurate, non-misleading information. We are not liable for skewed results stemming from corrupted or intentionally false data inputs.
Regional Compliance
Our services are structured to comply with the local regulations of Doha and the wider Qatari jurisdiction. Users operating outside this region do so at their own risk regarding local compliance.
Service Limitations & Liability.
"As-Is" Methodology
Our analytics are provided as a decision-support tool. While we strive for 100% uptime, system maintenance and regional network fluctuations may occasionally impact dashboard availability.
Indirect Damages
Qatar Data Intelligence shall not be held liable for commercial decisions made based on data projections. Metrics are historical and predictive, not guarantees of future performance.
Third-Party Feeds
Where we integrate external market feeds, we cannot warrant the accuracy of the source provider's primary data points.

Account Termination & Governance
We reserve the right to restrict access to the Intelligence Hub if these terms are violated. Our goal is to maintain a high-trust environment for all corporate partners in Doha.
Fees for our premium analytics tools are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All transactions are processed in QAR unless otherwise specified. Failure to settle invoices within the 14-day grace period will result in a temporary suspension of data feeds. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, primarily focusing on service delivery failures rather than user preference shifts.
Any disputes arising from these terms will be settled through arbitration under the laws of the State of Qatar. The courts of Doha shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings. We encourage all partners to seek mediation through our support desk at +974 44 678 901 before escalating to legal frameworks.
